William K. Sauck, Jr. was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  His undergraduate education was at the University of South Dakota where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors.  He went on to law school at the Univeristy of Kansas obtaining a Juris Doctor degree.  Before joining the Richardson Law Firm he served one year as a law clerk for the judges of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  Bill has been a partner at the Richardson Law Firm since 1985.
